We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to protocol and physician orders.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition; report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative health measures.
- Assist in various medical procedures and maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in electronic health records (EHR).
- Adhere to nursing best practices, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.
**Qualifications:**
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in [insert state/country].
